Note: These rates are for comparison purposes only. Depending on bookings and the whim of the owner, they can go up or down, though probably not by much. The exceptions are holidays and special event weekends, when rates definitely go up. So if you are interested in a particular date, email me at email@example.com - please include the number of adults, how many kids, and how many pets, and if you intend to have a party while you are here.

Dec. 26 - Jan. 2: Up to 7 nights for $1150
Jan. - Feb. 2014
March 1-8: $175/night or $1200/wk
March 8-17: $450/night or $2700/wk
March 17-24: $175/night or $1000/wk
April: $160/night or $1000/wk
Memorial Day Weekend: $950 for up to 4 nights
Pets - The SandBox is pet-friendly and is equipped with a (sized medium) pet door and doggy bed. There is no additional charge for pets, but it will affect your cleaning fee (usually by no more than $25) so be sure and tell me if you are bringing a pet(s).
Kids - Same deal. Tell me how many in your party are 12 or younger.
Please Check the availability calendar - I only have one unit and if the calendar says it is busy, then busy it is.
Add state & city taxes to rates (14.5% as of 6/1/09).
One-time cleaning & linen fee ($25 - $250, depending who's coming) required.
Laundry - this unit does not have a washer/dryer. Guests staying longer than a week will be provided with a set of clean linens/towels, and I may be willing to do small loads of laundry for you for $5/load, (NO special requests and NO folding ;-)
Beds - This unit has beds for six people... (1 Q, 1Full, 2Twins) but as it is stocked with a sofa bed, a comfy couch, a futon sofa on the back deck (for sleeping under the stars!), an inflatable bed and some foam pads (great for shortfry), it can actually accommodate a few extra. Rates posted are for occupancy of up to 6 persons. I reserve the right to charge an additional $15/night per additional person. I may be willing to give discounts to smaller groups, especially off season. The cleaning fee I quote you is based on an honest description of the tenants -- DO NOT TRY TO PULL ONE OVER ON ME! ;-)
Deposits - Generally I require half of the total to hold your dates. I may also require a damage deposit if you come during spring break and/or pay with anything other than VISA or MC. This deposit will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure, provided you leave the place in good shape. (Normal wear & tear is not the issue: I am talking about broken furniture, boiled-over crud on the burners, etc.)
Reservations - will be confirmed via email. Until you have received a confirmation from me, you do not have reservations. (I do all my credit card authorizations manually.)
Refunds - No refunds available for early departure or late arrival.
Forms of Payment - I accept VISA, MC, or Discover or paypal
